Description

Reiki I is the beginning of your Reiki journey! You'll leave this class with the ability to channel Reiki healing energy to yourself and to others.


This three hour class includes:


  • The history of Reiki
  • The Reiki precepts
  • Hand positions for self-healing and healing others
  • Tera Mai Reiki attunement
  • Practice on self and classmates
  • Discussion/Q&A period
  • Water, tea, fruit, and chocolate


In-person classes will take place outdoors in my courtyard in Los Angeles, CA, and will be limited to 4 participants in order to maintain social distancing protocols. Masks will be required.


Distance classes will take place via video conference and will also be limited to 4 participants. And you'll have to provide your own snacks :)
